Kimono Size Guide

This guide will help you to choose the best kimono for your size and height. Choose your size first and then look at the personal height guide to get the best fitting kimono.

When you are viewing the individual kimono's there will be a drop down box on the page where you can choose the size that is available for that particular kimono. Not all kimonos have the four sizes mentioned below .The manufacturers only make these specific sizes. Full length Kimono - 150cm (59"). Suitable for women (up to size 18) and men (up to size 50" chest) who are over 5ft 2" in height. The kimono rests just below the ankles.

Full length Kimonos - 139.70cm (55") and 142.20cm ("56"). Suitable for women (up to size 18) and men (up to a size 50" chest) who are over 5ft 2" in height. The kimono rests just above the ankles so is a little longer than the first kimono.

XL Kimono -114.30cm (45"). Suitable for women (sized 16-22) who are 5ft 2" or less. Suitable for men (who have a chest size in excess of 37") and who are 5ft 2" or less. The kimono rests just below the knee.

Wrapper Kimono - 106.70cm (42"). Suitable for women (up to size 16) and are less than 5ft 2" in height. Suitable for men (who have a chest size up to 36") and who are 5ft 2" or less. The kimono is knee length.
